After downloading Maven, and pull my repository, when I performed
mvn clean package -DskipTests=true
I was receiving en Error pretty much alike the following..
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project ant4docbook: Could not resolve dependencies for project net.sourceforge:ant4docbook:jar:0.6-SNAPSHOT: Failure to find net.sourceforge:ant4x:jar:0.3.0 in http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]
So I found out the .m2 folder on my local user folder, and that I needed to put a settings.xml there, so I start wondering what the heck about this .m2 folder and I found the following:A settings.xml file that contains global settings for all maven executions. A folder called repository that holds all of the local copies of various maven artifacts, either caches of artifacts pulled down from remote repositories, such as Maven Central, or artifacts built by your local maven builds.
